Terms of Service
GetKlosed is currently in private beta. By using the Service, you confirm you have been explicitly authorized by Mohanad Mohamed to do so.
Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the GetKlosed service ("Service"), operated by Mohanad Mohamed ("we", "us", "our"), an individual based in Ontario, Canada. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
Description of the service
GetKlosed is an AI-powered lead management tool for real estate agents. The Service connects to your Gmail account and Google Sheets via OAuth, reads inbound lead reply emails, classifies them, drafts responses in your voice, and manages follow-up sequences on your behalf.
The Service is in active development. Features may change, and access may be suspended or modified at any time during the beta period.
Beta access and eligibility
Access to the Service is currently restricted to authorized beta participants. You must be:
- Explicitly invited and authorized by us to use the Service
- A licensed real estate agent or brokerage employee operating in Canada
- At least 18 years of age
- Authorized to grant the Service access to your Google account on behalf of your business
Google account authorization
To use the Service, you must authorize GetKlosed to access your Gmail account and Google Sheets via Google OAuth. By granting this authorization, you confirm that:
- You are the authorized account holder or have explicit permission to grant this access
- You understand the Service will read, send, and manage emails in your Gmail account on your behalf
- You understand the Service will read and update a designated Google Sheet on your behalf
You may revoke this authorization at any time through your Google Account settings. Revoking access will prevent the Service from functioning but will not delete any data already recorded in your Google Sheet.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- All communications sent on your behalf through the Service, including AI-drafted replies that you approve and send
- Ensuring that your use of the Service complies with applicable real estate regulations, brokerage policies, and professional conduct rules in your jurisdiction
- The accuracy and completeness of lead data in your Google Sheet
- Maintaining the security of your Google account credentials
- Reviewing AI-generated draft replies before they are sent, where that review mechanism is available to you
You must not use the Service to send unsolicited commercial messages, violate any anti-spam laws (including Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation, CASL), or engage in any deceptive or misleading communications with leads.
AI-generated content
The Service uses artificial intelligence to draft email replies and other content. You acknowledge that:
- AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate suggestions
- You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving any AI-generated content before it is sent or published
- We make no representations about the accuracy, compliance, or suitability of AI-generated content for any particular purpose
Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including lost deals, missed leads, or damages arising from AI-generated content sent on your behalf.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amounts you have paid us in the three months preceding the claim, or $100 CAD, whichever is greater.
Intellectual property
The Service, including its underlying code, design, and functionality, is the intellectual property of Mohanad Mohamed. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to the Service beyond a limited, non-transferable license to use it for its intended purpose during the beta period.
Content you create, including lead data in your Google Sheet and email communications sent through your account, remains yours.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, including if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time by revoking Google OAuth access and contacting us to delete your configuration data.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
